Product Features:
1. Power unit cabinet
Main components: power unit (including HV-IGBT), current sensor, water cooling pipeline.
Main functions: By controlling the HV-IGBT, the frequency conversion speed regulation function and the unit automatic bypass function are realized; based on the carrier phase shifting technology, the power units output perfect sine waves in series; the pipeline has a built-in cooling medium, which is driven by the circulating pump. The heat inside the unit is transported to the radiator.
2. Water cooler
Main components: main circulating pump, filter, circulating pipeline, air radiator.
3. Concept Drive Circuit and Busbar Design
Higher reliability, higher power density, and lower voltage spikes.
4. Typical load
Blast furnace blower, oxygen compressor, boiler induced draft fan, sintering main exhaust fan, fan, water pump and other loads.
